Sundays River Adventures canoes out to the public to enjoy the beauty of the Sundays River up close. We offer half day hiring of canoes.
We can accommodate up to a maximum of 30 people hiring the canoes, depending on availability.
The tour from our premises to the River Mouth is about 3,5km's and depending on weather conditions, the journey to the River mouth can take anything from 2 to 4 hours, according to the tide and the wind. The river is on average about 2m deep at high tide except at the mouth where it is much shallower.
Experience the thrill and excitement of the area with the bird life ranging to approximately 210 recorded species and watching out for Mullet fish actively jumping into or over the canoes. Keep your eyes peeled for Kudu, Bushbuck, Porcupine, Cape Otter, Vervet Monkeys and other wildlife in the bush across the river.

This place is getting very bad and you pay more for less. You not allowed to overnite to fish at night anymore. You have to leave the caravan or house at nine. Why I am asking at nine what time must I stand up to to start unpacking and also when must I eat breakfast at my own home why did I come camping. This is the only place you must left at nine and they charge you the most for the poorest services. What is on standard in you site. You warn us to bring nothing because of the break ins. I GIVE YOU NOTHING AND I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN
